Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 small shallot, finely minced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon vinaigrette
- 6 tablespoons neutral oil, such as grapeseed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shallot, a pinch of salt and the vinegar and let stand for 10 minutes to take the bite off the shallot. Add the mustard, whisking to combine. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly to emulsify the dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
