How is it November already?! I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween!
Here are my November book picks! Let me know if you have read any of these or are planning to read along.
1. The War of Art by Steven Pressfield
You guys, I’ve secretly been struggling behind the scenes with major imposter syndrome and overwhelming feelings of “resistance” (it’s in the book). Working a full-time job and trying to build my blog into a full-time job is a double full-time job! I’ve heard so many bloggers and creatives talk about how powerful this book is for helping to understand these feelings and work through them.
2. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling
I’m continuing to re-read all the Harry Potter books with the third installment here. All so I can listen in real-time to the Binge Mode podcast!
3. Paris: The Novel by Edward Rutherford
I love all things France and especially Paris, so I’ve had this book on my list for awhile. It’s a beast of a book, but I’m excited to finally tackle it.
4. Do the Work by Steven Pressfield
This is the follow-up book to The War of Art to further develop the concept of “The Resistance” and build more strategies to fight it.
