I missed October’s cookbook pick because I was busy redesigning my website, so I’m giving you one of my all-time favorites to make it up to you…
Okay, so probably no surprise here that I’m picking the cookbook from one of my very favorite bloggers, Half Baked Harvest, for this month’s cookbook clique! I fangirl over her all the time on my little blog because a) her food styling and photos are GORG, b) her recipes are the sh*t (and I’ve made a ton of her food), c) she’s so cute and has great style, d) she’s a total inspiration to me. Seriously, check out her blog, her new studio barn, and her dog!
Of course, it’s only natural that her cookbook is out of this world. Here’s a sneak peek of a few recipes to get you started:
- Peanut Butter Crunch French Toast
- Salted Brioche Cinnamon Rolls
- Soufflé Omelet with Spinach, Artichokes and Brie
- Pan-Fried Feta with Thyme and Greek Marinated Olives
- Provolone and Salami Phyllo Rolls (making for the holidays this year!)
- Five-Ingredient Honey Butter Beer Bread
- Grilled Corn and Basil Salad
- Caprese Quinoa Bake
- Fig and Cider Pork Chops (umm, could this be any more fall?)
- BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado Ranch
- Garlic-and-Herb Mascarpone Roasted Chicken (OMG, how have I not made this already?)
- Drunken Late-Summer Corn and Clam Chowder
- Lobster BLT
- Slow-Cooker Tuscan Beef and White Bean Ragù
- Al Pastor-Style Beef Enchiladas
- Harissa Veggie Burgers
- Peanut Butter-Dipped Cookies-and-Cream Cake
- Surprise Tiramisu Cupcakes
- Any Fruit Dump
I mean, c’mon, what more could you ask for?! I want to eat everything in this cookbook! This Potato Chip-Crusted Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard-BBQ Sauce is inspired by her Potato Chip Chicken…so good.
I’m shocked you can’t see drool on these pages because I’m literally standing over them…fangirling (and drooling). Buy the book here and let me know what you make from it!
