Never Not Hungry

October 2018 Book Bag

Hey guys!  I’m back!  Sorry for the long delay in posting, but ICYMI, I rebranded and designed a new site (this one) called Never Not Hungry.  It felt like such a fitting name because I’m always hungry for something, in both the literal and figurative sense of the word.  With this new name, I have permission to branch my content into new areas, and not feel boxed in to only providing recipes. Now let’s read!

Here are my October 2018 book picks:

1. China Rich Girlfriend by Kevin Kwan

??????

I jumped on the Crazy Rich Asians bandwagon last month and couldn’t put it down!  I wouldn’t say it’s a classic piece of literary work, but it is fun, juicy and engaging.  This is the second book in the series…definitely start with Crazy Rich Asians first!

2. You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero

????????

This is the book for all of us who know we are badasses deep down, but need help bringing it to the surface.

3. Rich People Problems by Kevin Kwan

??????

The third and final book in the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy…then I can finally see the movie!

4. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling

??????????

J.K. Rowling certainly doesn’t need me to help her sell any more books, but I’m re-reading (and recommending) these books because they are amazing and magical and so much better than the movies.  AND I LOVE THE MOVIES.  If you have never experienced the world of Harry Potter through the books, it’s a must-read, should-be-on-your-bucket-list item.  Plus then you can listen to the BingeMode podcast as you’re reading along and re-experience the magic.
