- Yield: 4 to 6 servings 1x
Description
This cheesy sausage dip comes together in 20 minutes and with only five ingredients! Serve with lots of tortilla chips-perfect for parties of ten…or one!
Ingredients
- 1 pound sweet or hot Italian sausage
- One 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces Velveeta, cubed
- 3 green onions, white and green parts thinly sliced
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Use the back of a wooden spoon to break up the sausage as it cooks. Add the canned tomatoes and chiles, cream cheese and Velveeta, stirring until melted and bubbly. Stir in the green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
